Dan’s leadership is very hands-on, from greeting customers in the showroom and liaising with our fitting teams to working directly with manufacturers and brands to ensure quality, lead times, and service standards stay exactly where they should be.

Dan Maiden, Managing Director

Dan is the Managing Director of Door Warehouse, joining the business in 2010. With over 20 years sales and customer service experience, he learned the value of clear communication and always doing what you say you’ll do, principles that still shape his approach today.

Dan splits his time between business development and hands-on customer support. You’ll find him in the showroom, on site with fitters, or working with suppliers to keep standards high, timelines on track and customers well looked after.

Specialising in internal and external doors, FD30 fire doors, made-to-measure solutions and smooth coordination across installations, his goal is simple is to deliver great service and genuine customer satisfaction every time.

Tim Maiden, Founder & Sales

With around 35 years of experience in the door industry, Tim brings deep product knowledge and practical expertise to every project he works on. His background covers internal and external doors, fire-rated specifications and bespoke made-to-measure solutions, giving customers confidence that they’re in safe hands. Known for his friendly approach and attention to detail, Tim’s focus is to help people choose the right product for their needs and make the process smooth from choice to installation.

Matt Sagar, Manager

Matt brings over 10 years of experience in the door industry, joining Door Warehouse in 2021 after developing his knowledge and skills at XL Joinery. Now our Showroom Manager, and soon to step into a Director role, he’s known for his product expertise, approachable style and commitment to helping customers make confident choices. From advising on styles and specifications to guiding made-to-measure solutions, Matt focuses on creating a positive experience for every visitor who walks through our doors.

Joe Cruse, Sales & Customer Service

Joe has been part of the Door Warehouse team for the past 18 months, supporting customers with both sales and day-to-day service. Whether he’s advising on door styles, preparing quotes or helping with order updates, Joe is known for being approachable, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile. His focus is to make the process clear, smooth and positive for every customer from first enquiry to installation.

Pete McMahon, In-house Joiner & Warehouse Manager

Pete plays a key role at Door Warehouse, managing incoming stock, preparing orders and supporting customers with professional installations. As our in-house joiner, he brings practical expertise and attention to detail to every fitting, ensuring doors are installed correctly, safely and to a high standard. From the warehouse to the customer’s home, Pete helps keep everything running smoothly and makes sure each project ends with a great finish.

John brings over 40 years of joinery experience to our team, with 25 of those years spent here at Door Warehouse. He specialises in staircases, internal doors and bi-fold installations, combining expert craftsmanship with a meticulous eye for detail. Whether he’s fitting a bespoke staircase or installing a new set of internal doors, John’s focus is always a precise finish and a job done right.

Mark brings over 30 years of joinery experience to the team, with 15 of those years spent here at Door Warehouse. He specialises in internal doors, fire door installations and French doors, combining technical skill with a high-quality finish. He specialises in fitting composite doors, windows, aluminium bi-fold systems and French doors, ensuring each installation is secure, compliant and finished to a high standard.
